When I’m on the road, there’s always a camera in my hand. As we toured the Israeli City of Safed (Tzfat), we found this young boy sitting on the steps munching on a snack of pretzels. His dirty face, lack of shoes, and stained sweats led us to believe that he was from a poor family. Whether this was a true assessment or not I cannot answer. Nonetheless, the dramatic portrait was enhanced with filters from Color Efex Pro and the OnOne Perfect Photo Suite.
