Making Beilers Donuts

I wanted share more from a trip last month to Philadelphia when Dorothy and I visited the Reading Terminal Market with Jay & Mary. One of the more popular businesses there and the process of makingĀ Beilers Donuts.

The line was incredible, but it was worth the wait.

For me of course, it was an opportunity for photos … to show them making the dough, adding the filling and the topping.
