Sometimes work is just too fun for words … like the times that I ask to have a house set on fire for photos … and I get it! The image here is from several years ago and featured the Escambia County Fire Department in Florida. The assignment was a calendar shot for the fire truck company. I was positioned across the street in the hosebed of another engine … and these guys knew how to get a house going! The flames shooting out the windows were great as was the lack of wind which meant the smoke went straight up.
It really doesn’t get much better than this!
