While driving through San Antonio this afternoon, I spotted this real interesting looking facility with several locomotives in a rail yard. I scoped it out and it was the Southwest Reasearch Institute. I wish that there had been access to the other side of the property with what appeared to be four brand new locomotives from different companies. Unfortunately, the barbed wire fences hampered access for me to get a shot.
