A fire today in Deerfield, IL gave me another opportunity to captureĀ faces of firemen after battling a fire … since I arrived after the fire was basically out. In all cases, I utilized a long lents (Canon EOS 75-200 F2.8 USM IS) with a very shallow depth of field (F4.0 or F5.6) to isolate the subject from the distractions of the background.
