While relaxing today in Greenwich, CT, we took a stroll through a beautiful park area near the Long Island Sound that incorporated two small ponds. One appeared to have been a quarry of some sort along I95 and the other was just surrounded by the park areas. The area is known as Bruce Park.
This pond appears to have been a quarry at one time. The lighting was slightly overcast for the foreground with a nice sky off to the distance, but after a few quick enhancements, I brought out the colors and detail in the foreground. Larry Shapiro photo
This image was shot across the other pond with an interesting stone bridge in the distance.
The sun had come out for this shot which required little more than a few tonal adjustments for color and contrast. Larry Shapiro photo
