I took in a lumber yard fire today in Chicago. Two of the fire department chaplains were at the scene, one of which is well known for handing out candy to everyone at a fire scene. It used to be Twizzlers, and now apparently it’s Tootsie Pops. I guess it goes without saying that many of us are always a sucker for a fire … Mine was … of all flavors … grape!
