Watching a freight train from an airplane

I always enjoy being in the window seat on an airplane and having the opportunity of taking pictures of the view. One trip allowed watching a freight train from an airplane after taking off from Kamloops, BC. The train ran along the Thompson River around the mountains … of course, I couldn’t stop humming … she’ll be coming round the mountains … actually the Tranquille Ecological Reserve.

Fortunately for me, the Air Canada Express Bombardier Dash 800 has a wing above the windows so I had a great view below.

In this perspective, the huge train … looks like a toy.
